This is the Syrah to pair with spicy Indian food. Big, dark Paso fruit, spice, and balanced acid. I was rewarded by 5 hours of slow ox.

Dark rich burgundy color, very fruity bouquet, complex with character. Taste blends a fresh sweet taste with nutty lingering finish. Great with friends and steak.

Big forward black fruit, plum, smoked meat, herby and spicy nose. All about the concentrated and fresh fruit. Non intrusive largely neutral oak. Long chewy finish.
