A second steely citrus wine for the weekend. Not as intense as the Etna Bianco we had yesterday, but enough vigor and crispness to cut through leftover risotto and chicken breast on greens. I threw some apple in the salad, and this echoes the freshness. Slightly effervescent on opening, so give it time to air out. 🐞 🟨
