North Slope Syrah

Spicy with a full nose and mid palate.

Iconic Demetria. Supple and structured. Luscious fruits & herbs, complex yet subtly nuanced with sweet spices, pleasantly integrated natural acidity and tannin. One of my most favorite naturally balanced examples of Rhone in the Central Coast. Higher-elevation Biodynamically farmed fruit. Bingo!

Blackberries, mild tannins, softened with some time to breath.

No nose. Young tannins. Good paired with poultry or steak. Would not buy again.
