The 2017 ‘Signature’ Syrah has a very small portion of Viognier blended in. Showing off its dark hue, this reveals layers of dark fruits with smoked brisket, Asian spices and chocolate tones on this gorgeous bouquet. The palate is dense and chewy with a gorgeous mouthfeel. Layers of ripe figs and blackberry coulis flavors collide with minerals, smoked pork shoulder and minerals all meld together in the glass.
