Oh boy....90 min decant time has given this Grand Reserve South African cab all the air it needs. Huge fruit and intense oak are very present. Touches of cedar, pepper and mint follow a really substantial finish and a juicy full mouth feel. This is massive wine with great structure and just quintessentially SA. Reminds me of our time in the African Bush tracking wild game, and having drinks in the safety of our trackers as we wondered around the plains near our open-air LandRover.
