Very interesting as it cellars longer- I get honeycomb waxy notes, cooking spices, some tropical ripe fruit maybe, too. Mouthfeel is quite nice.

Nov 25th, 2015Delaplane cellars, VA, 2014 Vidal Blanc. Quite good, some herbal, grassy notes with good green apple and other fruit. Acid is well balanced, it's dry, and had a pretty long finish.

Nov 12th, 2015Delaplane 2014 Vidal Blanc it's got some light cut grass in the nose, a little cinnamon? but not much bouquet at all. Let it warm to get more flavor, very light, and would be challenging with flavorful food.
