So round and suave with razor sharp acid. Loads of mid palate here, great length. Not a bad drop of bubbly. Rich pomaceous fruit, sweet cream, brioche, button mushrooms, crumbled chalk. ‘04s from Cdblanc are drinking so well right now

Declassified Salon, or stand alone great wine all it's self, always appreciate the '04 acidity, this has a little less of it though, but it a great Champagne vintage.
