Really enjoyed this one! February 2015 Altura wine club. Tannic and earthy. Notes of black cherry, game and licorice. Savory notes of bay leaves and thyme complemented by black pepper spice and vanilla. This wine would be great with a Cajun style dish such as Jambalaya.
