Similar to the Darioush, Del Dotto’s signature style comes through here with big and bold flavors. 6-7yrs on this has probably helped tone it down as it wasn’t super in the face. Good acidity. Baked mixed berry pie, cedar, peppercorn covered black cherries. Fairly sweet for a pinot.

Nice, simple Pinot. Perfect for a pizza night. Not overpowering. Cool, sweaty and earthy Pinot. Feels like this just coming to its end.

The LT/YV clone - 2008 was their best but this is damn good too. Peppery without being punchy, good balance and not jammy. Love it.
