A new French Champagne House for me. This is the aperitif served before the Henri Boillot Wine dinner last December in Melbourne. Just found my notes!! Pale lemon with a fine bead. Brioche and minerality. A majority of Pinot Meunière 90% - the rest being Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with Reserve material going back to 1998.

This little gem contains a third of 1998 reserve and was cellared in June 2015 and Disgorged July 2017. Absolute steal as we paid €25 in a small Paris wine shop.
