Like a baby giraffe on a frozen pond, this wine's got no legs.

Ive been exploring red blends. I wanted to try this one in the first place, when a trader joes employee suggested the Cocobon. So what did I do? I tried the Cocobon....I HATED IT! I was so mad! Why didn't I go with my gut and get what I wanted? Why would this guy recommend a nasty wine? Ughhhh! I had to redeem myself! After finishing the icky cheap Cocobon, I went back for this baby. This is much more enjoyable than that dark, chocolatey nonsense. This is very light, more of a table red wine, a tad sweet, but again, very VERY drinkable. Has no finish? Weird. I poured myself one big helping, but I don't think the bottle will last very long. Winner for me, but will try other red blends.

Really great blend once opened up. Balanced, spicy, and oaky.

Color of deep purple, looking dense with nice legs. Nose of strawberry, tobacco leaves, alcohol strength and more dark fruits. Taste is a good mix of sweetness, acidity, dark fruits, and zest. Pretty tasty. Aftertaste is medium long with flavors and clean. Above the average.
