Plenty of breadth and depth here. Ample, mouth-filing yet beaming with crystalline acid. Love the rich texture and savory underbelly this has, reminiscent of GC Chablis. Perfect foil for fried chicken.

Lemon, pear and green apple all wrapped in a bushel of threshed wheat. This should open up quite well!

Disg. Feb. 01. Very nice. Rich. Not much left on the bubble front, but very nice wine.

This was great! Tasty and crowd pleasing.
