E’ molto buono. Anche non e’ gran cru oppure premia cru, abbiamo assagiato il gusto differente. L’ attaca e’ sofice e leggere, ma dopo il corpo abbastanza viene. E’ complicato di bere soltanto, e’ certo perfetto con pesce oppure cozze.
