2014v. Solid QPR pinot from CA. Spicy cranberry nose, juicy red fruit in the mouth with a some earthy clay flavor in the middle, and oak on the finish. Tannins have a youthful grip and the wine has an overall nice body weight in the mouth. Salesperson told me their Chardonnay is pretty good too. 13.5%ABV.

Smooth. A bit of an after taste, as well. Extremely dry, but enjoyable.

Good wine; had it with Sriracha Salmon, sautéed asparagus, and Jasmine rice. Bit strong by itself but not overpowering.

For the price, this is a very nice Pinot noir. On the nose, cherry, blackberry, plum, and cinnamon. On the palate medium tannins, tart cherry, raspberry, spice, and a smokey finish.
