De Loach Vineyards
Hawk Hill Vineyard Chardonnay

My favorite of my company’s domestic Chards by a mile! A wine to please CA Chard poo-pooers with green apple, ripe peach, a touch of brioche and acid for days... Should be enjoying it with the salmon I have in the fridge with some kind of cream sauce but stuffed from a delicious work lunch and the bottle was open from a tasting. #winemarketinglife

Even chardonnay haters enjoy this one. Amber. Pineapple, banana. Taut acid supporting toasty herbs. A little pine sap on the finish. Deeeeee-lish!

Had this before on several occasions and enjoy the mild butter mixed with green apple and slight herbal notes. Medium finish and medium acid. Feel like this might do better with a bit more aging.

Good. Not quite as good as others but still enjoyable.

Green and butter. Bit appropriate given the "green valley" location. Good Chard.
