Fruity nose and crisp, round finish but lacking a touch of complexity likely because it’s a touch on the young side. Not yet rich enough to stand up to veal park for NYE and while better with orecchiette, sausage, broccoli and pecorino still fell a touch flat. Bottom line: Needs to bottle age some more.

Brief and sharp. High acidity and low tannins. Red berries with sour cherry. Just a hint of peeper, smoke and anisé. Missing some characteristic earthy undertones otherwise it could make an excellent Chianti ... 😅 #winenerdjoke ( sorry ) ... It does benefit for decanting or just leave it open for a bit. Best temperature around 18C. Enjoyable.
