Blueberry and raspberry flavors, moderately high seed tannin bitterness and skin astringency initially, suggesting long skin and seed contact time, atypical in most Oregon Pinots. Give it time for the tannins to settle. Fresh grape pulp flavors on aftertaste. Light, fresh, fruity style typical of Day Wines, but healthy tannins too

Such a beautiful wine with a combination of New World luscious red fruit and a distinctly Old World earthiness. Lots of smoke, violet, and even lavender to give it striking dimension. This is biodynamic at its best

Nose of baking spices (cinnamon), pomegranate, cassis, and dry dirt. Immediately the palate the acidic hits with lush tannins coating the front of the tongue. You can taste the youth. Tart pomegranate, cranberry, dry dirt, minerals. Some spice there, but delicate. Tasty stuff.

Crunchy-crunchy. Dark and tart pomegranate seeds, a suggestion of... dolmas. Relatively dense, but pleasant.
