Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

1999--Showing maturity but also some solid fruit still. Nice wine with meat on a Monday!

This was drinking really well, loads of fruit and a depth of flavours leading to a raisiny, smooth finish. Great value for money and a good find at Hedonism Wines in London.

Rich cab, dark saturated blue fruit. Complex finish

I have loved this cab since 1997. That was a fantastic wine. This wine is well made but past its prime. These should be consumed ten years and under.
