There is a story with this label. The bear represents two bears that took up residence above the Estate. In one night, they ate 400 pounds of fruit. Needless, to say, these bears needed to be humanly relocated to another area. However, they get the label to commemorate the event.

Ruby dark cassis with a hint of smoke. Ripe, muted fruits of; black plum, blackberries, black raspberries, blue fruits, limestone minerals, hint of dry herbs, dry stems and dark, fresh flowers and violets.

The body is medium pushing full. Tannins are firms but easy on the palate. Ripe, muted fruits of; black plum, blackberries, black raspberries and blue fruits. Limestone minerals, hint of dry herbs, dry stems and dark, fresh bright flowers and violets. The acidity is like a river and beautiful. The long, juicy, finish is elegant and beautifully pleasurable. It lasts a full minute.

Photos of, the sitting area in their Barn they hold events, our wine pairing for the Chase Classic - Baba Ganoush-Kawarma Ravioli Painted Hills Beef, Eggplant, Greek Olives, Parmesan Cream, Tomato and Chive Oil, the Picaso that hangs in their tasting room and their patio terrace.

Chase is the grandson of the Vineyard owner... they’re saving each vintage that bears his name and on his 21st birthday he’ll receive a full vertical with his namesake. Now that’s cool. Cheers Chase!
