Very interesting natural wine, rustic, with tons of character.

Out of balance and smells like poop.

自然派ネレッロマスカレーゼ。
恐らくノンフィルターなのだと思うが、2015ビンテージということも相まってか、濁った感が強めで（揮発や還元はない）、フレッシュ感は弱く、穏やかな印象。
それでも、終盤は鉄感出てきて、エトナの大地を感じられた。
ガイオガイオくらいの値段なら嬉しいんだけど…

reminded me of a dry of center cider with a fruitier than expected body with underripe pear fleshiness and not quite the sour funk throughout that confronts on the first taste

Super funky - sour and kombucha-like, with some chunky stuff

Okay. Little too funky for me. Very Acidic, almost gritty

gently steely, caramel, dances a bit clumsily on the tongue, a tinge of vinegar, quite interesting

Out if balance and smells like poop! (tastes like younger French wines: Rouge et al in the natural biodynamic section of your bodega)

Good for what it is. But nothing like the Notti.
