Terrific dry bubbles

Champagne doesnt get much better for me. This style truly captivates me and with some bottle age... #fugghetaboutit

Showing very nicely. Farmed biodynamic the wine shows another dimension after a hour in the glass.

Green apple chalk with loads of acid. Farmed biodynamicly. Delicious.

Nose is off. Not reduced (at least as I recognize) touch more yeasty and unclean. But in the mouth the fruit is vibrant and minerality complex.

Blanc de Blancs, no dose, l'Eclapart. Wine geek trifecta. Nose is a symphony, wet earth, mineral, salty, tree bark? Fascinating aromas. Palate is dry, forceful, yeasty and tangy. Long and intense. Concentrated and intense.

Day 2 Update - Yeasty somewhat broad and mineral nose. Some brioche as well. Nice. Palate is razor sharp with terrific precision and minerality. Really lovey delineation of flavors. Great. Delicate and complex yet forcefully dry. Incredible.

Léclapart's non-dosage cuvée that didn't see any oak treatment. Extremely dry palate, lots of citrus. I had difficulties enjoying it from the start. After one glass it was put aside. Next day: other story. The wine showed much more roundness on the palate & had a friendlier (and longer lasting) after taste. Easy to enjoy now! Another example of a Léclapart champagne that needs serious decanting.
