Cabernet Sauvignon

Wet stone, minerality, dry finish. Benefitted from time to breathe.

A well balanced Cabernet with the usual notes. Smooth on the palette with a clean finish. An above average wine, not exceptional. A good value for the price.

Needs a while to open up. Once it does, sweet black cherry forward with cedar aromatic notes. Long finish. Nice and drinkable.

Deep ruby in color; black cherries, black plums, bell pepper, and graphite on the nose; high acidity; high tannins; tastes like cardamom, cassis, blackberries, and a hint of capsicum with a long finish. I love this wine

Solid cab but nothing super exciting. Good tannin. Cherries.
