Ripe, rich, deep... this really doesn’t drink like a 23 year old. Lots of sweet figgy fruit. Medium weight, a bit one note with the sweet fruit right upfront. Beautiful accompaniment to medium rare filets. Longevity of California Cabernet always surprises me (though it shouldn’t by now). Long silky finish.

They just don't make them like this any more. Drinking beautifully at age 20 with a good 5 more years to go on it.
