Lychee, mango, white cherries and a medley of juicy, dripping ripe orchard fruits. A white floral perfume sits atop the deeper notes. White grape, with lily and honeysuckle petals emerging over time, Well judged oak adds an extra dimension and some tangy vanilla. Subtly sweet with a great acid bite. A sense of wetness, like the sensation of wet river rocks. An all time favorite, Gassac has been pure magic every time I try.
