Monarch Mine Vineyard Grenache Blanc

First vintage of Grenache Blanc for Dashe. 25% barrel fermented, it's fairly light on its feet. Pear and melon, fresh acidity...this bottle emptied pretty fast.

Really coming into its own, orchard fruit, acid and mineral components in harmony now. Great match for Blackbird's endive salad on a breezy summer day!

In bottle almost 3 months and really has come into a great spot. Bright pear/melon fruit, balanced with zingy acid and wet stone minerality.

Gold color with a just a hint of haziness with quince paste, honey, sweet spice, baked stone fruits, aromas with a bit of earthiness. On the palate, it's full- bodied with a lush mouthfeel and lively acidity with ample quince, baked peach, honey and spice flavors with an appealing vein of minerality and a lingering sweet finish. 13.9% alcohol Very good QPR at $22!

Second vintage, just recently bottled and not yet released. Much more brightly focused and polished than 2013, with leesy texture cradling the pear and melon fruit and wet stone minerality. * From last weekend.

It took awhile to open up, but really showing well after about an hour.

Partial barrel ferment, bottled unfiltered. Round yet vibrant.

Showing very well on a muggy evening with spicy crustaceans. Pears, Crenshaw melon, Marcona almonds and bright acidity.

Earthy, smooth, full bodied very nice. From the Jones Smith reunion.

Preview of our new vintage to be released under the "Les Enfants Terribles" label. A huge leap from previous vintages. Round mouthfeel, honeysuckle, white peach and a hint of licorice spice on the finish with insane acidity. Wowww
