This wine wants to be a dry creek zin. The amazing thing is it's not, but it's none the less special. I would love to get another bottle but the store only had one. I'm afraid this is the kind of wine I'll be searching for again for ages...

When I first tasted this I loved the fruitiness resulting from the unique process. However, over a meal, it started to taste bitter and unpolished.

Light & vibrant. Aromas of roses, fresh cherries, spices, and a light scent of white mushrooms. Bright tangy cherries and strawberries have a nice mineral spark on the finish.
