This is a tart SB, with a mineral tannic structure and pleasantly sour citric notes to the finish. It paired well with Louisiana style hopping John and honeydew melon. Happy new year! 🎉🍾

This SB is light bodied and slightly floral, with a mild lemon-lime tang. The acidity is bright and the bouquet is clean citric rain water. It cleanses the palate without overwhelming the meal.

Not too tart, smooth and crisp for a summer evening.

Interesting wine. Not bad just not my favorite. Smells amazing. Was too simple/lacking in flavor when I first sipped. Thought with the nose it had, my tongue was going to sing. Then tart blast straight to the back of my teeth. Nice, sweet and crisp don’t get me wrong. But I really think this one needs to breathe for a bit. Was better the next day. Maybe it’s too complex for my palette. It does leave a nice after. I would recommend it to try but with a warning. Not a wine for everyone. One to pair with items. Try it and let me know what you think.

Fruity. Very dry, yet crisp. Almost bitter.
