Oaky chardonnay from down under. Why not?
There is a bit of reduction at first that blows away after a while. Then comes butter and vanilla scents, along with a bit of a citrusy touch. The palate is broad and wide, with a soft, buttery mouuthfeel. It's not very acidic, but there is some grip in the rear. The finish is citrusy and buttery and goes on for a while despite a relative lack of acid drive. It's good but relatively simple and unremarkable.

Fantastic - rich okay wine with tropical notes, reminiscent of a viognier.
Great value at £12/ $14
