Hard to believe a great sparkling can come from a region this far south, but this montepulciano/Pinot Nero blend packed a surprising punch. Not a ton of 🍞 but great balanced acidity, 🍓, and medium/small bubbles. Meant to be enjoyed over and over again with fresh Puglian seafood.
