Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Didn’t like it out of the bottle, but it got much softer over@time and ultimately was a wonderful wine.

Daou 2023 vintage. Has aged notes, not as dry as other cabs but very neutral and drinkable.

Honey cherry immediately on palate, light oak, tannic finish

Recommend by our server and it did not disappoint. Definitely going to keep my eye out for this one next time I go to the store.
