Deep color, good structure and balance. Plenty of fruit. Alcohol content a bit high, resulting in a “hot” mouth feel. Had the 2018 in December 2020. Went well with turkey burgers.

Really nice! Surprising. Comforting. A milder, juicier cab that doesn't need a huge steak or traditional pairings. Would love pasta and spice.
