“This nice mid-weight wine hails from the Dao region of Portugal. It is a blend of grapes consisting of Alfrocheiro, Tinto-Roriz, and Touriga-National. Each grape is vinified separately, spends 6 months on oak, then it is bottled and cellared. It is defined by black currant, black raspberry, black pepper and a hint of earthiness. An elegant palate of blueberry, dark plum and black pepper spices that stay on the finish.
