The 2017 is all black current on the palete after just a whiff of the fruit on the nose. Violet too. Softish tannin here. While some savory spices are present, the finish is again back to that black current dominance.

2014 isn’t quite as bold as previous years, but man is it tasty. Very elegant blend - consistently one of Naramata’s best.

Absolutely beautiful in flavor. If ever in the area be sure to do a tasting.

D'Angelo's is an absolute must when visiting the Naramata area. Lots of games to play in the yard and a decidedly masculine tilt to the wine offering. Firstly, skip the white. It may be delicious, but... You know. Anyway, this one is emblematic of the house style. Big and chewy. I don't remember the specifics actually, but sitting in the sunshine back at the campsite, it was delicious and present. Niiiiice.

Cellared wine is a beautiful thing! This '06 didn't disappoint. Brick-coloured, mellow yet full, medium tannins, strawberry and vanilla. Excellent.

Such a dependable wine maker. 4th different red I've had and all are impressive. This is medium bodied and smooth. Red fruits, vanilla, oak.
