Full disclosure, I do not fully embrace Sauvignon Blanc. I like a few in Napa/Sonoma…Lail Georgia, Joseph Phelps and Eisele. These are very smooth and elegant w/o the heavy hay and grassy notes. Onda’s is very grassy, hay and even a touch of New Zealand cat pee.
