K&L notes, his all estate grown rosé is based on old-vine Chardonnay from Chouilly and Cramant. It gets its rosé color and flavor from an ancient plot of Meunier grown just between the villages of Chavot and Monthelon south of Epernay. It is a refreshing, elegant style of rosé, great for the aperitif or to pair with a smoked salmon appetizer.
