Light straw in color with a golden/honey hue.

Very aromaticon the nose with tropical fruits, citrus, lemon, mangoes, banana, cream, light yeast and white pepper.

Medium plus in body with nice acidity and great looking legs.

Fruity on the palate with grapefruits, lemons, peaches, pears, apples, spices and white pepper.

Long finish with limes and black pepper.

This is a very nice white blend of 66% Semillon 18% Pinot Gris and 16% Viognier.
Aged for 2 months in oak barrels.

Very enjoyable by itself or with seafood. I paired it with a chicken dish.

13.5% alcohol by volume.
