Oct 12th, 2017"From Garganega grapes, the native vine of the Gambellara DOC area. Produced from one of the oldest vineyards of our hills. Fruity, sapid and with a distinctly mineral taste, emblem of our volcanic souls. Food pairing: aperitif, starters, fish dishes and white meats."
Nose: herb, mineral, apricot. Crisp acid, peach & apricot flavor but not the sweetness or roundness of the fruit, apple. Sharp and smooth at once. Overall crisp and light.

I like that it is lighter than the typical Cabernet, with little or no oak. Not very complex but pleasantly balanced.
