I really need to see if this producer is still around. This is way better than I expected. Pop and pour it was ok. A bit thin but ok but sharp on the palate and I thought alright it is what it is. Started up the BBQ and came back 30-40min later and what a transformation. Comforting and soft and with a surprising amount of weight. I really didn’t think air was going to help here but it did. Not going to push it though and going to finish this up.
