Blueberry waffles (yeah I said that), currants, chocolate, pleasant mix of savory and baking spice. But why spell Petit Verdot with an E? And why call this "Bordelaise"?

Feb 5th, 2015Malbec & Petit Verdot. Two grapes in which I have little interest, but I found this combination to be enjoyable. I can’t point to any specific characteristics, but I was happy with two glasses of this. I was a little dismayed by the label’s assertion of 15% ABV, but I sensed no hotness in drinking this wine.
