1st of January family tradition. Oysters and entre deux mers. Light touch of vanilla, lemon juice and a flowery note. Some white pepper, and a tiny cat piss scent too. The palate is acid driven, with a vivid mouthfeel, some lemon notes and a good grip. The finish is long and dynamic. Typical, nice, oyster wine.
