Usually refreshing, this vintage came across a little tired. Missing the fresh fruits, they were more like jammy and slightly caramelized. Mouth was flabby and short with some residual sugar. Maybe a bad bottle?

Aug 20th, 2015Notes of strawberry, watermelon and a bit of citrus with a surprisingly buttery mouth feel that ends in an almost champagne like sparkle across the tongue. Technically a dry rose but with enough sweet to satisfy; good stand alone bottle but would be very nice with some fatty foods when not in the mood for red.
