This is a great wine! You can really taste green apples on the palate and it has a very soft attack. Seems to have very little acid and tannins and doesn’t have a very long finish but it is very pleasing. Almost tastes like a moscato, but not nearly as sweet and much more apple tinted than a moscato is.

Light golden in color with a yellow tint.
Light on the nose of diesel, citrus, grapefruits, green apples, minerals, melons, tropical fruits, mangoes, bananas and spices.
Medium plus in body, and somewhat creamy, with high acidity.
Off-dry on the palate with citrus, lemons, grapefruits, minerals, red apples, tropical fruits, herbs and spices.
Medium finish with limes and almonds.
This is a nice Riesling from Pfalz, Germany.
Drinking nicely now, Simple and enjoyable by itself or with food.
I paired it with tuna ceviche.
10.5% alcohol by volume.
