It's not a bad wine, but it's not good either. Good acid and tannins, but the fruit is muted with no funk to back up the lack of fruit. Curious where the grapes come from, cause this doesn't taste like St Helena.
Note: I'm always ridiculously critical of anything that comes out of Napa. I'm biased against them, except when they rock my socks off. If this was from the outskirts of Bordeaux, I'd probably be raving about its racy acidity.
