Large and lovely, with elegant fruit and good structure. I look forward to trying this in several years to see how it develops.

Culmina Hypothesis - a decadent and velvety blend of Cab Franc, Merlot and Cab Sauv. On the nose, its like smoky port. Truly outstanding. #delectableapp #bcwine

It’s way past it’s prime. The first few sips still had some fruit and leather but also a hint of wet rags. 20 minutes in, the bouquet and flavours had disappeared. I see a red wine braise in my future ☹️

Full and nice, but quite dry. Probably best with the steak, not as much before.

Excellent blend with good aroma with decent breathe. Especially good with beef stake. Enjoy very much. Compared with other blend red wine, this one is significantly outstanding.

So these 2 wines - same varietals, similar compositions, same vineyard and totally different wines - a rose and a big red blend! Enjoyed both very much. Learned that it's the length of time the juice is left to hang out with the dark skins that determines if it's a rose or red wine. I think that's pretty cool and I enjoyed both of these wines with the #fabulousgirlswineclub @Sherri Krastel @Shannon Pollard @Laurie Bodnar @Paula Hiebert
