Perfect to start off Laura's Hawaiian Kabobs. Medium yellow. Great nose with notes of citrus, tropical fruits, lychee and some stone fruits. Solid moderate acidity (6/10) and moderate plus body. Stone fruit notes on the palate with some green apples and citrus zest. Very refreshing throughout. Moderate plus finish. Drink till 2019.

The only white from Crux Winery. Crystal clear pale yellow. Beautiful and complex nose. Started out with a slight chalk and stones that was quickly overpowered by tropical fruits, citrus, and white pears. After 30 minutes or so in the glass it opened up with some undertones of lychee and light honeysuckle. Solid moderate acidity (7/10) and moderate plus body with a grippy mid palate. Started off with sweet apples and some stone fruit to finish off the palate. Acidity carries through the moderate plus finish. Lingers for a few seconds and best enjoyed just above fridge temperature. Drink till 2019.
