The cork broke and was crumbling on opening. Quite odd. Definitely smells like a good Rhone with ripe berries and leather on the nose. Needed to breathe as it was very tight. Once opened it had light tannins and berry, but little else. It smelled like a good Rhone but fell flat. Not much flavor.
