(**) cork dried. Prematurely aging the wine to tawny-brown, but enough fruit remains to give prune and black current alongside the toffee. A glorious accident.

Drank 3/21/17. Paired with mushroom pasta.

Light to medium scents of plums, earth, and a touch of green bell pepper lead to a medium, drying palate of plum, black cherry and wood. Tannins, that i don't think will further integrate, dominate a leaner drying finish.

After an hour or so the fruit did show slightly better, so I will adjust my score to an 87
