Creekside Estate Winery
Niagara Peninsula Syrah

Starts chocolatey, but opens up into a more jammy/berry taste after aireation. A tad bitter, maybe a bit young? Had at home with ribs, green beans (bacon/parm) and alfredo mac. Paired well with everything but mac.

Aroma is chocolatey. Flavour is chocolatey. That’s pretty much all you taste. Definitely not for me, I don’t recommend unless you like wine that tastes like rubbery chocolate.
