On the nose, white flowers, citrus blossoms, cream, citrus, pineapple, stones and a flinty quality. On the palate, very lean, perhaps a little too lean. Lemon, lime, white peach, pineapple, citrus blossoms, stones, same flintiness that was on the nose. The finish high but tamed acidity, fruits & body that are lean, ripe and bright.

This 2019 vintage is refreshing and perfect with seafood!! No oak on the back end, so perfect for me. Love it!!!

20161009. Celebrating with myself with a half bottle from Watson's wine - a bit dry at the beginning but nice and chill with a little bit of sweet in the end!!
