Aug 1st, 2015Really light Beaujolais which we drank chilled with burgers. It was perfect for a summer evening. I would probably like it less with short ribs in winter.

This is the most Burgundian style Beaujolais I have ever had (yea technically Beaujolais is Burgundy). But we all know Beaujolais is not Burgundy however this is phenomenal. Not too fruity, good acid and tannins. Wow! Steal at $30.
